Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Please give accurate delivery and contact details.

Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph products accurately; colours and sizes may vary slightly. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund anything paid.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud; if so we will tell you and refund anything paid.

Payment

Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. For cash on delivery, payment is due in full when the order is delivered.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Coupons and offers

Coupons and offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, may have minimum order values or end dates, and cannot be combined unless stated.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, upload malicious code, or post reviews that are false, abusive or not based on a genuine purchase. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Your City have jurisdiction. For any complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Name of Grievance Officer, at grievance@primebazar.co.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
